Quick, easy and tasty dinner idea!
Rushed to get dinner on the table but really wanting something of substance? I've got ya covered ;) I give you- shrimp spinach tomato pasta with cheese... I'll work on the name. Lol So easy and so delicious! Big hit for everyone and a great way to get veggies mixed in without even really noticing them! 21 day approved 1 yellow, 1 red, 1 green, 1 blue and 1 tsp. One yellow of cooked whole wheat pasta. 1 red of cooked shrimp. Once noodles are cooked add in shrimp, 1/2 green of spinach and 1 tsp olive oil. Mix in some seasonings, I used basil, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed red pepper, little Italian seasoning, some sea salt and pepper. Mix all the seasonings in then add in chopped grape tomatoes and a blue of Parmesan cheese! Enjoy! To save a little time- we keep a bag of frozen pre cooked shrimp in the freezer so all we have to do is toss it on in our dishes!
