30 Day Arm Challenge! Free to everyone and NO weights required!



Suns Out Guns Out!! Get those arms in shape and ready to show off!

I am creating this event as a public event that anyone is welcome to join! So, please feel free to share with your friends and family too! However, I am not a doctor so please consult with a physician prior to starting.

This will be a fun 30 day challenge focused on toning up your arms so you will feel good in those tank tops this summer! Everyone is welcome to post pictures of their workouts, videos of their workouts or simply post that they did it for the accountability! This will be done in the comfort of your own home which means I wont be there to make sure you did it so, we will have to push ourselves to keep motivated!

If you have any questions about form or how the workouts are to be done, needing extra help or want to know what other workouts to incorporate as well, please do not hesitate to message me to ask.

This is a no judgment zone! No fighting, no negative talk. Keep it appropriate and positive!
