Roasted Garbonzo Beans

A while ago I saw a video on Facebook about these bad boys! (I can't find the video so if you all happen the know it, please link it)

Not being a fan of hunmus but seeing all the great benefits of Garbonzo beans I wanted to find a way to incorporate them in my diet. This was perfect for me! 

These are so full of flavor and insanely addictive! Use them to replace those unhealthy snacks you tend you grab like chips. These are so full of flavor you won't want anything else! 


So what you need:
💠2 TBSP olive oil 
💠1 can if drained/rinsed Garbonzo beans 
💠seasonings of your choice (I use my favorite chipotle seasoning with a little onion powder and himilayian salt 

Heat 1 TBSP of oil in a pan. Mix beans, other TBSP of oil and seasoning in a bowl. Once skilled is heated, dump the mixed beans. Stir occasionally until beans are roasted or blackened. Enjoy!!

21 day fix breakdown- use as a yellow container and 1 tsp. (measure using be yellow container for the serving)
