My secret weapon for tackling intense workouts..


I'm going to let you in a huge secret here. 


When I first got news beachbody was releasing a new performance line my initial thought was "meh, big whoop". While I was at summit and had access to try it before it was released I still was kind of "meh". But, my husband was dying to try it so I stood in the 2 hour line for the core after being up for over 24 hours (wife of the year award right there folks!) to get these bad boys for my husband. 

Once I had them in my hands though staring at the NSF certified label I started to get more and more curios. Curiosity won me over and man, live has never been the same since!!!

These products are a huge game changer! As someone who suffers from a disease that has the number symptom of fatigue I could use a little helpful energy boost. 

💠Energize is the ONLY pre workout I have been able to take that
 1. Works 
2. Tastes great 
3. Didn't give me a horrible reaction. 
Tastes like lemonade and kicks in fast! It has never failed me

💠Hydrate - i was the least interested in. I figured water was all I needed. Turns out, hydrate is my favorite part of this system! My heart rate runs high when I workout, I sweat like someone just dumped a bucket of water on me and my breathing is less than perfect. So one would imagine, I loose a ton of electrolytes during a workout. Something regular old water can't combat on its own. That's where my lovely hydrate comes in! It not only helps me stay hydrated during my workouts, it gives the that edge to finish strong! Not to mention- it tastes like tang! Win win!

💠Recover- the absolute best "protein shake" I have ever tasted! I'm not one that is very fond of whey based shakes. The taste and smell I just can't do. Not at all the case with recover. Tastes like regular chocolate milk. If you don't believe me, you can ask my 5 year old. Who steals it from me all the time! 
It's more than your typical protein shake that helps your muscles recover after an intense workout. I tend to feel weak and bloated after a really intense workout. I do not get that feeling when I use recover! Not to mention, packed full of protein it keeps me full for quite some time!!

💠Recharge- an overnight miracle worker! I am very prone to muscle soreness. It doesn't take much to make me sore and sometimes, i have been so sore I wondered if I actually injured myself lol. Recharge takes care of that for sure! The first time I used this I woke up with maybe 1/3 of the muscle soreness I usually have. For those who have ever felt that almost debilitating soreness the day after a workout, recharge will be your saving grace! How does recharge work? It is a specially designed slow release protein that aids in repairing muscles. 

The only one in the line I have not tried is creatine. I have had some awesome feedback from others about it though.

Not only have these products completely transformed my workouts and the way my body recovers, I love them! I love them so much I am motivated to workout just so I can use these! Lol I can tell you how many times my husband and I have been sitting here and said "man, I really want some hydrate now! Guess I better workout" lol
