Clean/Gluten Free Banana Oat Pancakes!

Sunday's are perfect for breakfast in bed!  During the week I tend to stick with simple quick breakfast, my shakeology  for the convienance and quick nutrient kick!

On the weekends though, I get more time to prepare something different! One of my all time favorite is banana oatmeal pancakes! 

These bad boys are not only gluten free, clean and healthy. They also pump you up with 12 grams of protein! 

What you need:
 (for an individual serving, 3 small)
For the pancakes 
✴️ 1/2 banana 
✴️ 1 egg 
✴️ 1/2 cup oats 
✴️ 1 tsp PB2 (optional)
For the blueberry topping 
✴️ 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
✴️ 1 tsp agave 

Directions:
For the pancakes-
Combine oats, egg, banana in a food processor (I use the small ninja one). Spray cooking spray on skillet. Cook on medium heat. Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour in skillet. 

For the blueberry topping-
Pour 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 tsp of agave in the pot. Boil and stir for 5-10 minutes.

Top your pancakes with the blueberries and enjoy!!
