Back up your phones folks!


So, I had so much to blog about. Our family vacation, super Saturday with other amazing local coaches, new recipes and all kinds of fun stuff. 

Well, I can still blog about it all but there won't be any pictures! My phone had a software update that Messed up my phone. Basically, my phone had to be factory reset which means all of those lovely pictures full of great memories were deleted and I will never get then back 😩 guess I will just have to go back on vacation to take more pictures lol darn!

I may have cried a little. So, moral of the story folks... Back up your phones if you have an iPhone! 

Technology isn't always my friend.

Juicing and the 21 Day Fix!

Does anybody else have a hard time eating in the summer time? Something about the heat and humidity kills my appetite! So, liquids tend to be my regular meal time in the summers. Shakeology, smoothies and my born again love of juicing! While juicing can be a huge pain between Prep and cleaning the juicer constantly it is still really refreshing in the summer time! So, what I started doing for my own little 3 day cleanse/reboot was: 3 raw juices a day  1 shakeology with water  Between shakeology and juice, I am unstoppable! My energy is through the roof and my body just feels good. So good I have been pushing hard with my 21 day fix workouts! 3 Day Shakeology Cleanse

Ever since I miscarried 4 weeks ago I have been having a terribly hard time losing weight. Working out and calorie counting wasn't doing it. So, I decided to give the 3 day Shakeology cleanse a try! Given my embarrassing supply of Shakeology I figured I needed to put it to use anyway! I decided not to work out during the cleanse. To keep my energy levels from depleting. Day One- Was actually really easy for me. I didn't find myself craving things, I didn't feel hungry and my energy levels were normal. Day Two- Still felt pretty good! I did have more cravings this day. I didn't feel overly hungry, I just felt the urge to eat! lol My energy levels were pretty normal still. I was tempted to stray until I weighed myself!
