Home Made Veggie Burgers

Ask and you shall receive! Last night I posted on my Facebook page about these bad boys and everyone was wanting the recipe so, here ya go!

Call these veggie burgers or bean burgers. Whatever, they have both and they are fabulous! 

So here's what you will need. 
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped or shredded carrots
1/2 cup cilantro 
1 can canellini beans 
3 eggs or 6 TBS corn starch (for full veggie/vegan patties)
2 teaspoons sea salt 
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon onion powder 
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce 
2 cups of oats 

Combine onion, carrots, beans, cilantro in food processor. Mix until well processed. Add in remaining ingredients and process until well processed. 

Heat olive oil or avocado oil in a pan. For smaller patties use 1/3 cup, for larger patties use 1/2 cup and add to pan. Cook on each side 4-6 minutes. 

Enjoy! 

Clean veggie/vegan burgers for half the cost and half (even less!) the chemicals! Can't beat that ;)
