My Birthday

I have no problem withholding on Thanksgiving or Christmas when it comes food and eating healthy. My birthday however, is more of a challenge. I saved up my cheat day to enjoy my birthday favorites. Dinner at Texas Roadhouse (those rolls.. Oh those rolls!) and my "cake" a turtle pie from baskin Robbins. For those who have never had one, I would normally recommend you trying one. However, if you have not had one, it's best to not even try it. Lol you will over endulge... And you will be sick! Much like I was.. Well, am. Every single year! Lol

Which is why the juice reboot was quick to follow, I knew I would do awful on my birthday. That is what's important though,  I had a recovery plan. Many people will ruin their entire week in one day and not have a plan to recover from it. My plan was a juice reboot and up and the workouts.

The point of this post is to show everyone, I too have my weaknesses. I will slip up but, I will also have a plan to recover from it. Just takes a little preparation and motivation. You all can do it too!

Food aside, I enjoyed my birthday! Got to spend it with my 2 favorite people! I also got a polar heart rate monitor! Which I was pretty excited about! I used that for my workout on my birthday (see, prep for the evening of gluttony). It really is helpful to keep track on how many calories I am burning instead of just guessing. This is really going to be a game changer keeping my calroies totally on track!

Clueless Tip- Never trust mirrors, always take polaroids lol
